Muyyo.in Order Cancellation & Modification Policy

At Muyyo.in, we strive to make every shopping experience smooth and flexible. We understand that sometimes customers may wish to cancel or modify their order. This policy outlines how cancellations and modifications are handled for customers, sellers, and community promoters.
Cancellation & Modification Policy
1. Cancellation Before Dispatch
- Customers can cancel an order within 2 hours of placing it or before it has been dispatched — whichever comes first.
- To cancel, log in to your Muyyo account or contact support@muyyo.in with your order ID.
- Once a cancellation request is confirmed, the full amount will be refunded within 5–7 working days via the original payment method.
2. Cancellation After Dispatch
- Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
- In such cases, you may initiate a return after delivery, following the Returns & Refund Policy.
- Refusal to accept delivery without prior approval may result in deduction of shipping or handling fees.
3. Modification of Orders
- Orders can be modified (e.g., address change, product variant, quantity) only before the order is dispatched.
- Once shipped, modifications cannot be made.
- To request an edit, please contact our support team immediately at support@muyyo.in.
4. Cancellation by Muyyo or the Seller
Muyyo.in or the seller may cancel an order under the following circumstances:
- Product is out of stock or discontinued
- Pricing or listing errors occurred on the website
- Payment verification failed
- The delivery location is outside the serviceable area
- Suspicious or fraudulent order activity detected
In such cases:
- Customers will be notified via email or SMS
- A full refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
5. Community & Affiliate Orders
- Orders placed via community promoters or affiliate links follow the same cancellation terms.
- Promoters cannot approve or process cancellations directly; all requests must be made through Muyyo Customer Support.
6. Refund Timelines
- Card / Wallet Payments: 5–7 working days
- Bank Transfers / COD Refunds: 7–10 working days after verification
- Refunds are subject to successful product cancellation confirmation from the seller.
Returns & Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product, provided the item meets the following conditions:
- The item is unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
- It is returned in the original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact.
- Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is available.
- The product is not a non-returnable category item (see below).
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged for safety or hygiene reasons:
- Personal care, cosmetics, or intimate wear
- Food and perishable goods
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Digital or downloadable products
- Products purchased under a “Final Sale” or “No Return” offer
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must report it to Muyyo Support within 24 hours of delivery.
You’ll need to share:
- Photos or video of the product and packaging
- Order ID and delivery details
Upon verification, Muyyo will coordinate with the seller for a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on product availability.
4. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of confirmation.
- Refunds are issued through the original payment method (credit/debit card, wallet, or bank transfer).
- If a replacement is requested instead of a refund, the item will be shipped after the returned product is received and inspected.
5. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to seller fault (wrong, damaged, or defective item), the shipping cost will be borne by the seller.
- For customer-initiated returns (change of mind, size exchange, etc.), the buyer may be responsible for the return shipping charges unless covered under a promotional policy.
6. Refund Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued if:
- The return request is made after 7 days of delivery.
- The product has visible signs of use, alteration, or damage caused by the customer.
- The item is missing original packaging, tags, or accessories.
7. Community Promoter Orders
Orders placed through a community promoter or influencer link follow the same return policy.
However, all communication regarding returns or refunds must be made directly to Muyyo Support/to seller support channel, not to the promoter.
