At Muyyo.in, we connect you directly with verified manufacturers and retailers across India, UAE, and Saudi Arabia through our community-based shopping network. Our goal is to deliver quality products to your doorstep safely and efficiently.
1. Delivery Timelines
- Standard delivery within UAE: 5–6 working days from confirmation.
- Delivery timelines are indicative, and delays may occur due to stock availability, customs clearance, or logistics network conditions.
- Customers will receive a tracking number once their order is dispatched.
2. Order Processing
- Orders are fulfilled directly by approved sellers or manufacturers registered on Muyyo.in.
- Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate shipments from different vendors.
- You will receive status updates via email or WhatsApp if you opt in for notifications.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping fees depend on delivery location, order size, and seller policy.
- Free delivery offers may apply to selected community-based promotions or influencer campaigns.
- For international orders, custom duties or import taxes are to be paid by the buyer unless stated otherwise.
4. Delivery Address & Risk Transfer
- The risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the product is delivered and signed for at the address provided.
- Muyyo.in is not responsible for failed deliveries due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Unavailability of the recipient at delivery time
- If a package is returned to the sender due to failed delivery, additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.
5. Damaged, Lost, or Tampered Packages
- If you suspect your parcel has been tampered with, do not sign for it and notify Muyyo Support immediately.
- Any damaged or missing item must be reported within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos.
- Replacement or refund requests are subject to verification and must be returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories.
6. Community & Affiliate Orders
- Purchases made through community promoters or influencer links follow the same delivery timelines and terms.
- Promoters act only as referral partners; all shipping and after-sales services are managed by Muyyo and the respective seller.
